Ingredients: sugar, lactose, carrier magnesium Carbonate, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root extract 10:1, water, stabilizer silicon dioxide, carrier potato starch, safflower extract, anti-caking agent talc, sunflower oil.
Recommended daily dosage: Adults intake 1 tablet once per day.
The daily dose in 1 tablet contains: 20 mg of valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root extract 10:1.
