Dosage:
Gently mix 1 teaspoon of the product (about 8.0 g) slowly into 1 glass of water (room temperature) and drink immediately with another 1 glass of water. Use the product 2 to 4 times a day after meals, depending on body weight and body characteristics. The dose of fiber is individual for each organism! We recommend using only ½ dose for the first two days of using the product, increasing gradually. Drink more liquid! For children 6 to 12 years of age, use half the dose. Do not use if you have stomach pain, vomiting or nausea. Do not use in children under 6 years of age. If you feel any unpleasant changes, see your doctor. The product can be used for as long as necessary. After prolonged continuous use of the product, a break of 2-3 days is desirable.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake of the dietary supplement. Do not use a dietary supplement as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet. Store carefully closed at room temperature, in a dry, dark place out of the reach of children. Do not use if package is damaged. Do not use in case of individual intolerance to a component of the product.
